With a 2023 turnover of 77 million euros, Mercato Centrale, a restaurant and "gathering center where food and culture come together", has reached ten candles. The activity, with four offices in Florence (opened in 2014), Rome (2016), Turin (2019 and Milan (2021) as well as a second format "Ai Banchi del Mercato Centrale" (opened in 2017 as an experimental format retail at the I Gigli shopping center in Campi Bisenzio-Florence), provides, for the tenth anniversary, new projects and initiatives starting from the Disquisito festival in Turin next 19, 20 and 21 April and events spread across Florence, Milan, Turin and Rome Two new openings are also planned in Melbourne and Bolzano, the first outside Italy in autumn, and the other in spring 2025. Since its opening, the Mercato Centrale has involved over 100 artisans and held 3,500 events since 2014. More than more than 60 million visitors.
