Ukrainian national operator Ukrenergo has announced the introduction of emergency power outages in three regions of the country after massive Russian attacks once again targeted Ukraine's energy grid overnight. “Ukrenergo is forced to apply emergency blackout programs until the evening in the regions of Dnipropetrovsk (central-south), Zaporizhzhia (south) and Kirovograd (central),” it said in a statement.
