Commando assault in Córdoba: 25 million were stolen from a poultry farm
This Tuesday, a group of armed criminals intercepted the staff of a company dedicated to the sale of poultry products in Córdoba who
were on their way to make a deposit of money in the bank
and took
a loot that they estimate at 25 million pesos
.
The incident occurred in the morning hours in the General Bustos neighborhood, south of the provincial capital, where a Ford Ranger from the Indacor company was suddenly approached by
at least four criminals
who were traveling in a Chevrolet Tracker truck.
According to Córdoba media, the robbery occurred a few blocks from the company, at the intersection of Augusto López and Gino Galeotti streets, although the thieves diverted the company vehicle towards Pasaje Tanigasta at 600, in the vicinity of that intersection.
There they stole the three bags in which the money was transported and then escaped without leaving a trace.
Fortunately, the driver of the Indacor vehicle, who was the one who notified the Police through a call to 911,
did not suffer injuries
despite having been threatened with firearms.
The authorities quickly mounted an operation to find the criminals, but at least until this Tuesday night, they had not been successful.
