The opponents of Prime Minister Boris Johnson have made a first coup: In Parliament, they pushed through a so-called emergency debate - and could overturn Johnson's no-deal schedule.



British House of Representatives President John Bercow has admitted on Tuesday the requested urgency debate on a no-deal Brexit. If opponents of an unregulated withdrawal from the EU win against the government in a vote that evening, they could table a bill against the no-deal on Wednesday.
