The Secretary-General of the Progressive Arab Ba'ath Party in Jordan, Fuad Dabbour, stressed that Syria, its people, its army and its leadership are courageous, aware, capable and resilient in the face of the US-Zionist aggression.

Dabbour said in a statement to the SANA reporter that the Zionist entity spearheaded the aggression against Syria, which represents the symbol of the struggle and resistance against his conspiratorial plans and the steadfast castle on which the American Zionist plans targeting the Arab nation and the resistance movement in the region are shattered.

He pointed to the conspiratorial role of the Turkish regime led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Syria, pointing out that his aim is to serve the interests of NATO and Western countries on the one hand and expansionist ambitions on the other hand, adding that the Erdogan regime is looking forward to the restoration of the Ottoman Empire.

Dabbour stressed that the ruling junta in Turkey has placed its people in the net of the Zionist imperialist aggression against the Arab and Islamic nations by facilitating the passage of terrorists to Syria and providing them with the latest weapons and intelligence in order to serve the aggressive plans of the occupation entity supporting terrorists in Syria by all means.
