Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that the expansion of NATO "NATO" and its approach to the borders of the country is a threat to Russia's security.

The Russian president recalled that NATO was created in the past to confront the Soviet Union, which is no longer present as is known, and that the Warsaw Pact no longer exists any military pact, adding that NATO is now not only present but expanding and now includes 29 countries and total military spending More than 70 percent of total global military spending.
