HKHS will review plans next year

The HKHS announced the optimization measures of the plan earlier, in which eligible owners are allowed to rent out the entire unpaid unit or individual bedrooms, and owners of units with two bedrooms or more can only lease to two tenants; in cooperation with the HKCSS , The Association as the second landlord entrusts a recognized social service agency or social enterprise to assist qualified owners to sublet units and provide support services to tenants. The operation mode is similar to the "Social Housing Sharing Plan" of the Association.
