The seventh judicial conference that was launched in the city of Latakia today discussed the strengthening of the elements of the justice system and the stability of the judicial system in order to develop it in all its joints and in a way that achieves justice and guarantees rights for all.
The slogan indicated that all opinions, ideas and suggestions will be recorded for a full two days, whether related to the supreme judicial work and the development of the scientific repository in order to keep pace with justice to the challenges of the time and take advantage of the novelty of methods and the development of science, technologies and tools to be finally before the optimal environment that achieves justice through well-drafted and sublime legislation Objectives.
Minister Sarah added that the media also plays a role in correcting laws to make them more suitable for society by launching dialogue and discussing them, stressing the necessity of the media practicing its role with legal awareness and a moral obligation to set an example in society and contribute to building it.
The General Attorney in Latakia, Shakib Sobouh, made it clear that the judiciary seeks to stabilize the balance of justice, correct any phenomenon of deviation from the right to justice and justice, and walk the path of communicating rights to their owners through achieving the stability of the judicial system.
In the axis of the stability of the judicial system, Judge Counselor Kamal Janiyat, the advisor of the Court of Cassation in Damascus, addressed the issue of qualifying and developing judges, leading to the announcement of the principle of the judge’s specialization and then evaluation and promotion processes in the light of efficiency, effort, good reputation, and the role of all of this in developing performance and improving the efficiency of the judicial system.
The conference was attended by the Governor of Latakia, Ibrahim Khader Al-Salem, the Secretary of the Baath Party branch, Muhammad Shreteh, and a crowd of judges from various governorates.
