Chen Danzinger, a teacher from the Branco Weiss School in Beit Shemesh, who suffered severe cardiac arrest yesterday, met with Nir Buzaglo, Aviad Itach and Elia Cohen, the three students who performed CPR and saved her life. "I'm fine now," she told them from her bed at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem. Danzinger, who is currently in advanced pregnancy, announced that the baby was fine too, thanks to the resourcefulness of the three students, "you just moved there in time."

"When we arrived we saw you lying, you were all blue," said Elia Cohen, one of the students. He said it was a miracle to choose to walk down the hall. "I wanted to go out of the gardens and Nir wanted to go somewhere else. I struggled with him to come with me, and then suddenly we saw you and ran to you." Cohen said that Danzinger was absolutely heartless, "We couldn't get you down, your body was hard. We raised your legs, called an ambulance and called the teachers." He said her condition was unstable, she fainted and regained consciousness every few minutes, until Sharon Haim, the physical education teacher, arrived and began performing CPR.

"When they brought you to the ambulance and said they were being stabilized, we were relieved. We said that if something happened to you we would not forgive ourselves. It is not an easy thing to see such a thing," the three said. They said that thanks to a first-aid course they learned at school, they knew what to do and how to cope. "Not every student would react as we responded," one student said. "I want to emphasize mainly the ten-hour course, because when you study it you don't believe you will ever encounter such a situation or something like that in the future. You don't take it seriously. And here's the ten hours I've learned to help at least something." .
