On October 1 of this year, at approximately 2:20 p.m., a report was received at the Israel Police's 100th hotline by gunfire, in a brawl that developed between a number of people involved in Majd al-Chrome immediately upon receiving large police forces arrived at the scene, and following the evacuation of the wounded. The patients began investigating the findings. On the same day in the evening, the medical center reported the deaths of two injured persons from the incident, and two days later another person was reported dead.

The facts of the indictment indicate that the defendant and the late Mohammed Sabe were members, and between them and the Manna brothers was a conflict of uncertain origin. On the day of the incident, three brothers from the Manna family arrived with their vehicle and, armed with weapons, to the defendant's home, stopping near the alley at the scene. The defendant and Seva were standing on the road with their guns, noticing the Nana brothers and pointing the guns at them. The brothers got off on the right side of the vehicle as defendant and Saba surrounded the vehicle on both sides and began firing at the brothers.

The late Ahmed started running away, and after a few meters he returned to the vehicle and the arena holding a knife. The defendant confronted another brother, fired at him, and hit his right leg. So the wounded man managed to escape the scene as he measured. The defendant noticed the deceased, Ahmed Man'a, as he ran towards him, fired a number of shots at him from a short distance and caused his death.

At this point, the late Muhammad Sabe and Khalil Mana'a clashed, Khalil stabbed Seva and the accused who was standing next to them fired a number of shots at Khalil, causing his death. The defendant fired at least 9 shots at the Nana brothers during the incident, while Sabe fired at least one shot.

The defendant fled the scene, changed his shirt, returned to the scene, turned around for a few minutes and fled the scene. As part of the investigation, many findings were collected and eventually the defendant, who fled and hid, extradited himself two weeks later at a police station. His arrest has since been extended in court from time to time.

Today, at the conclusion of the investigation, the Haifa District Attorney's Office formulated an evidentiary basis against the defendant and indicted him for two aggravated murder, attempted murder and weapons offenses, and was also remanded in custody until the end of the legal proceedings.
