The army units have cleared this morning the villages and farms of Al-Heraki, Al-Quraqi, Hathaya, Al-Burj, Tal Al-Homsi, and Farwan in the eastern countryside of Ma’arat after they spent the last remnants of the terrorists there, to approach more than the international road towards the city of Maarat al-Numan.

The correspondent indicated that the engineering personnel immediately started combing the entrances of the villages and towns and clearing their groves of the remnants of the terrorists from mines and booby traps.

Over the few days, the army units cleared more than twenty towns and villages after the terrorist headquarters and fortifications were destroyed and large numbers of them were destroyed.

The terrorist organizations used their headquarters and centers to launch rocket attacks on these safe areas in the southern countryside of Aleppo and Hama al-Shamali, and these attacks resulted in martyrdom and injuries to many civilians.
