Entries: Must be published for the first time from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019

Publication form: print, broadcast, online media or news agency, both Chinese and English

Online registration period: January 6 to February 7, 2020

Preliminary examination and preliminary examination: February 15 to April 15, 2020

Review and final review: April 16 to June 5, 2020

Winning Notification: Mid June 2020
