Tel Avivs earn more from their Israeli friends, and also live at a higher standard of living, the Central Bureau of Statistics figures for 2018 reveal Tuesday. However, the data shows, the highest household income in Israel is actually in Kfar Saba.
In Tel Aviv-Jaffa, net per capita income was NIS 9,009, and per capita expenditure reached NIS 7,200. In 2018, the average household income in the 16 largest cities in Israel was NIS 21,063 per month, the net income, after compulsory payments, income tax, social security, health tax, of NIS 3,787, was an average of NIS 17,276 per month, and the total household expenditure came To NIS 13,324.

The highest net financial income was found in Kfar Saba, NIS 21,132 per month, and the lowest was in Bat Yam - NIS 12,481 - a gap of 69.3%, and NIS 8,561.
The highest monthly financial expenditure was found in Tel Aviv-Jaffa's non-stop city - NIS 15,675 per month, and the monthly expenditure in Ashdod (less than 50 km from Tel Aviv) was the lowest, only NIS 8,836, a 77.4% gap.
The biggest gap between net financial income and financial expenditure is in Rishon Lezion - NIS 6,882 a month. The lowest gap is in the capital of the Negev, in Beersheba - NIS 2,019. In the cities of Ramat Gan, Holon, Bat Yam and Kfar Saba, 80% and more of the income comes from work. However, about a quarter of the income in Bnei Brak comes from allowances and grants - more than twice the national average.
