Strenuous and continuous efforts made by the mechanized bakery workers daily and on public holidays to secure the loaf of bread with high quality as it is an essential material on the tables of Syrian families.
While the worker explained to one of the niches of the bakery, Muhammad Al-Harir, that they are doing their work for the citizens according to morning and evening shifts, according to a 24-hour working system, indicating that the bread is distributed to the citizens according to the exact weight.
While the assistant director of the Adawi bakery, Hossam Aita, affirmed that the bakery allocations are 11 tons per day without stopping on holidays and occasions, as the bakery works from 18 to 20 hours per day according to the allocations, indicating that the remaining hours of the day to carry out the necessary maintenance for the machines to preserve them and to ensure the continuity of work without breakdowns and pauses.
Associate director of Ibn al-Ameed Abd al-Mone`m al-Maslama bakery, between the fact that the bakery allocations are 13 tons per day and 16 workers, pointing out that the continuity of ovens work during holidays and feasts is necessary to secure bread as it is an essential material on the tables of all Syrian families.
Worker Wael Tablou emphasized that the nature of bakery work requires great efforts, but fulfilling this duty and providing bread for people gives us a feeling of satisfaction and contentment, and we forget fatigue.
In a poll of citizens ’opinions, Muhammad Al-Rabat, while purchasing bread material from Ibn Al-Amid ovens in Damascus, referred to the efforts made by bakery workers during official holidays, pointing to the high quality of the loaf of bread in Ibn Al-Ameed’s ovens, giving salutations to those workers who continue to give and give in all circumstances and conditions.
In Al-Adawi bakery, Hana Sukkar indicated that obtaining bread is easy without any crowding, while Jawad Najm expressed his satisfaction with the quality of bread in the general automatic bakeries, saluting the oven workers by the new year, while Ghiath Tarrad from the Hamish region stated that the bread material is always secure.
In front of the Bab Touma oven between Ibrahim Mustafa, the oven operates 24 hours a day and provides bread with high quality material, while Noha Al-Abeed confirmed that the bakery continues to operate until public holidays and covers the entire region.
