RATP and SNCF strike: metro, bus, RER, Transilien, tram ... traffic forecasts for Thursday 2 January in Ile-de-France

Traffic on the Ile-de-France transport network is slowly improving this day after New Year's Day.


Ile-de-France travelers will have to enter the new year armed with patience, because the forecasts of the SNCF and the RATP still announce disrupted traffic. The strike against the pension reform, which entered its 28th day, has just equaled the longevity record of a social movement at the SNCF.

Here are the detailed forecasts for metros, buses, trams, RER and Transilien this Thursday, January 2.

The Subway

> All day:

Line 1: normal traffic (with risk of saturation).

Line 2: one in three trains in the morning rush hour (6:30 a.m.> 9:30 a.m.) one in four in the afternoon (4:30 p.m.> 7:30 p.m.), several stations closed.

Line 3: one train in four between Pont de Levallois and Havre Caumartin in the morning (6:30 am> 9:30 am). Then Levallois Bridge and Temple in the afternoon (4.30 p.m.> 7.30 p.m.). Several stations closed.

Line 3bis: every other train from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., several stations closed.

Line 4: every other train at peak times (4.30 p.m.> 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.> 7.30 p.m.), several stations closed.

Line 5: one train out of four between Place d'Italie and Oberkampf in the morning (6:30 a.m.> 9:30 a.m.) and Bobigny-Stalingrad in the afternoon (4:30 p.m.> 7:30 p.m.), several stations closed.

Line 6: every other train between Denfert Rochereau and Nation, from 4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., several stations closed.

Line 7: every other train at peak times (4.30 p.m.> 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.> 7.30 p.m.), several stations closed

Line 7bis: interrupted traffic.

Line 8: one train in three between Concorde and Créteil during peak hours (4.30 p.m.> 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.> 7.30 p.m.), several stations closed.

Line 9: every other train at peak times (4.30 p.m.> 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.> 7.30 p.m.), several stations closed.

Line 10: every other train at peak times (4.30 p.m.> 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.> 7.30 p.m.), several stations closed.

Line 11: every other train from 6.30 to 9.30 a.m., several stations closed.

Line 12: one train in four between Concorde and Mairie d'Issy between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Line 13: one train in three between Les Courtilles and Saint-Lazare at peak times (4.30 p.m.> 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.> 7.30 p.m.), several stations closed.

Line 14: normal traffic (with risk of saturation).

Orlyval: normal traffic.

The RER

RER A: one train out of 2 from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. A train every 15 minutes between the stations of Vincennes and La Défense between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Interconnection ensured at Nanterre-Préfecture. A train every 30 minutes on the branches of Chessy Marne La Vallée, Boissy Saint Léger and Saint Germain en Laye between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. Every second train on the Cergy and Poissy branches during rush hour. A train every 30 minutes during off-peak hours.

RER B: heavily disturbed traffic. On the southern axis, every second train in rush hour from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. 1 train out of 3 in off-peak hours from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On the Gare du Nord - CDG / Mitry Airport axis: 1 train out of 3. Interconnection interrupted at Gare du Nord.

RER C : one train out of four on the Dourdan, Saint-Martin, Massy and Versailles Chantier branches.

RER D : North : during rush hour, one train out of four on the Paris - Villiers-le-Bel branch and one train per hour between Paris-Nord and Orry-la-Ville. In off-peak hours, one train per hour in the direction of Villers le Bel and one train every two hours on the Orry branch.

South : one train in five on the Paris-Gare-de-Lyon - Corbeil and Paris-Gare-de-Lyon - Melun branches, supplemented by two Malesherbes round trips. The interconnection is suspended between Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon.

RER E : one train out of three on average on the Haussmann - Chelles and Haussmann - Villiers - Tournan branch.

The buses

Three out of four buses will run on average.

Orlybus: 3 buses out of 4.

The Transilien

Line H : one train in three on average and four round trips to Montsoult Luzarches. The Creil - Persan - Valmondois - Pontoise link is partially provided by train and supplemented by buses.

Line J : one train in three on average across all branches.

Line K : one train in two on average.

Line L : every other train on the Paris-Saint-Lazare - Versailles and Paris-Saint-Lazare - Saint-Nom-La-Bretèche branches. The Paris Saint-Lazare - Cergy branch is not insured.

Line N : one train in four on all branches.

Line P : one train in three on average on the Paris-Est - Meaux branch, Château Thierry. The Provins, Coulommiers, La Ferté-Milon and Esbly branches are not served.

Line R : three return journeys from Paris to Montargis.

Line U : every other train.

Trams

T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T8: normal traffic.

T3a, T7: almost normal traffic.
