[Wuhan Pneumonia] Female students who visited the Wuhan University of China went to Ren'an Hospital for treatment

The Hong Kong government requires doctors in Hong Kong to report and refer suspected cases. So far in Hong Kong, there have been 16 cases of fever, respiratory tract infection or pneumonia that occurred in Wuhan within 14 days. Today (5th), it was reported that a private hospital in Shatian had a woman who claimed to have been in Wuhan to seek medical treatment, and was instructed by the medical staff at the triage station to go to the nearest public hospital for treatment and asked to leave. The woman was alleged to be a junior college student, and a junior college student who knew her said that she had gone to Shenzhen for an inspection and found no problems. The Health Protection Center of the Department of Health stated that no relevant notification had been received, but after learning of the case, she had immediately contacted the relevant hospital for follow-up and successfully contacted the patient to arrange for her to go to Prince of Wales Hospital for treatment. CHP requires private hospitals to report

The Center for Health Protection has strengthened the detection of pneumonia groups in Wuhan on December 31 last year, and revised the monitoring guidelines on the 3rd of this month to expand the scope of surveillance. Doctors should report any cases of fever, symptoms of acute respiratory infections, or symptoms of pneumonia, and have visited Wuhan (with or without a market or seafood market) within 14 days before the onset of symptoms.
