Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi confirmed that Iraqi officials are preparing a memorandum of legal and procedural steps to implement the House’s decision to expel foreign forces from the country.
This came in a statement issued by Abdul Mahdi's office, according to Alsumaria News Today.
The Iraqi Council of Representatives earlier in the day voted by an absolute majority on a resolution committing the Iraqi government to end the foreign presence in the country after the American crimes against military headquarters and high-level Iraqi and friendly military leaders.
