In the cold winter days, there is no great sweet fun on the morning • Get pancake suggestions for big, small and vegan
On a cool weekend like the one we've experienced in recent days, and given that it probably won't be the last for this winter, many are looking for sweet and tasty comfort for the family breakfast.
Good pancakes can be added to anything you want, you can add whipped cream and chocolate, salted caramel, you can make vegan pancakes and one for adults with liqueur.

For the night:
3 eggs
Half a cup of rubbing
A quarter cup of milk
300 grams of white flour
200 grams of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of salt
100 grams of melted butter
100 grams of dark chocolate dissolved
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Melt dark chocolate and butter in Ben Marie.
Mix all the wet ingredients and combine all the dry and wet ingredients.
Add melted butter and melted chocolate.
For Espresso Sauce:
50 ml espresso
50 ml Baileys
2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation:
Bring to the boil all the ingredients and turn off the fire.
For chocolate sauce and sugar hazelnuts
25 grams of hazelnuts from finely ground sugar.
50 grams of dark chocolate
50 grams of milk chocolate
100 grams of sweet cream
Preparation:
Mix the chocolate in a deep bowl. Boil the cream and pour over the chocolate. Wait 5 minutes and mix well until uniform mixture is obtained.
White chocolate ganache and hazelnuts
30 grams of ground hazelnuts
100 grams of melted white chocolate
10 ml Baileys
30 ml sweet cream
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and melt on Ben Marie until a uniform mixture is obtained.
For red chocolate sauce
100 grams of melted white chocolate
1 drop of red food coloring.
Preparation:
Mix the melted chocolate well with the food color and keep warm.
Packing:
Place three pancakes on top of each other and cut a hole in the middle
Fill a little red chocolate to half a pancake high with white chocolate ganache the rest of the cup filling with espresso sauce
Pour milk chocolate ganache all over the top pancakes
Sprinkle red chocolate over all the pancakes.

Preparation for 12 pancake units
Ingredients:
2 eggs
Vanilla sugar bag
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups flour 200 g
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups of milk
Half a teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons oil
preparation method:
All ingredients should be well mixed in a bowl with a frother until smooth.
Grease a pan with butter or oil and when the pan is hot pour the batter into the pan with a ladle.
And after about a minute, when small bubbles appear at the top of the pancakes, turn aside and leave for another half minute.
Just before serving, pour over the pancakes each to taste maple or chocolate syrup, add candy, whipped cream and more.

Ingredients for 4-5 personal pancakes:
300 ml (1 cup) classic soy drink
60 ml (1/4 cup) apple puree
60 ml (1/4 cup) of coconut / canola oil
2-3 tablespoons of sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
280 grams (2 cups) flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt

Maple syrup
Fresh, cut fruit
preparation method:
Place in a mixing bowl soy drink, apple puree, oil, sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix again until smooth and thick with no lumps.
Heat a small non-stick pan, pour a few tablespoons of the batter, pat to align and saute until golden brown. With Therwood, turn the pancakes to the other side, and fry again until golden brown.
Serve the pancakes immediately, recommended with maple syrup and fresh fruit on the side.
