He never imagined that the case would take such a turn. Adama Cisse, this former cleaning agent, dismissed after being photographed asleep on the street in Paris, called this Wednesday in a press release to "appeasement in this case, both vis-à-vis his former employer and the person who initiated his photo and the offending tweet ”.

While his fate, revealed Monday by Le Parisien, aroused a large emotion, Adama Cissé first wishes to "thank all the people who took his case to heart". But the 37-year-old man, domiciled in Gagny (Seine-Saint-Denis), is however moved by hateful, abusive reactions, which have multiplied on social networks, targeting the company Derichebourg Polysotis, and the accused Internet user for denouncing Adama Cisse on Twitter. Her name and photo are now circulating on the Web, accompanied by messages of insults.

Adama Cissé underlines that he “was certainly the victim himself of tweets relayed on social networks at the time of his dismissal, but does not wish that other people undergo the unleashing of public opinion. He asked "everyone to know how to keep reason and not to take excessive actions".

Intrusion at the headquarters of Derichebourg this Wednesday

On September 12, 2018, he had been photographed, without his knowledge, while he was taking a nap, lying on the edge of a shop window, in the heart of Paris. The photo, posted on Twitter, had made the town hall of Paris tick, which had in turn alerted its private service provider, Derichebourg Polysotis.

Accused of having contravened the rules of procedure and the commitments of his employment contract, of having also exceeded his break time, Adama Cissé was dismissed in October 2018. Now in a precarious situation, and father of a baby of three months, he attacked his former boss at the industrial tribunal. The judgment will be rendered on June 19.

This Wednesday evening, a group of twenty people broke into the headquarters of the Derichebourg group (of which Polysotis is a subsidiary), in Paris, including the railroad unionist Anasse Kazib (Sud Rail). The latter, stating that he had "never spoken to Adama Cisse" but had "brotherly love" towards him, said he had obtained from the group's management the promise of a meeting with Adama Cisse. What the Derichebourg group, contacted, does not confirm for the moment.
