A 22-year-old was killed in the early morning (Saturday) in a fatal car accident after crashing into a rock and overturned with his vehicle on Route 90, near the drop in Dead Sea Works. The Red Star of David called to the scene was left to determine his death. Police forces arrived and opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
MDA paramedic Brian Ben David said: "When we arrived, we saw the driver of the vehicle trapped in his vehicle unconscious and suffering from a very serious systemic injury. At the same time as the fire fighters' rescue operations, we performed medical examinations but he was free of signs of life and we had nothing left to determine his death on the ground. "
This is the fourth victim of carnage on the road this past week. On Tuesday, a 51-year-old man was killed in a car accident near Safed, the day before a 60-year-old pedestrian was killed by a car hit in Haifa and on Sunday a 10-year-old boy was killed in Modi'in Illit.
