Juan Guaidó, recognized as interim president of Venezuela by more than 50 countries, arrived in Colombian territory despite the prohibition of leaving the country that weighs on him, to participate in a regional conference against terrorism. In that country he met with Colombian President Iván Duque to discuss issues such as migration and a way out of the political crisis in Venezuela. Guaidó is expected to start a tour of several countries but his agenda is still unknown.
