The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office will be charged tomorrow morning (Wednesday) with Tariq Kurd, the driver involved in the fatal accident on Route 443 two months ago on charges of deadly manslaughter.
Yesterday a hearing was held for the driver, after the prosecutor's office informed him that she intended to prosecute him.

As we recall, in the fatal accident, Tzipi Rimmel and her daughter Noam were killed from the Neve Tzuf settlement in Benjamin. Father Ephraim was seriously injured and his 12-year-old son was fatally wounded. In the accident, another 4 people were injured, one of them severely, some of whom were trapped in vehicles until rescued by rescue forces.
Kurd crashed into the family vehicle after speeding and as a result 3 more vehicles were damaged.
