"In our country, the world of university and research is recovering little by little, but it is undeniable that the difficulties that the sector has experienced due to the reduction of resources decided a few years ago to bring out the Country from the economic crisis ". This was underlined by Professor Stefano Ruffo, director of the Sissa of Trieste (Higher School of Advanced Studies) during a forum at ANSA.
"Unfortunately, however, the problems are not over yet - explains Ruffo, Professor of Physics of Matter - just think of what happened in the last financial year, when the Conference of Rectors asked the government for an increase in resources of 150 million, even if you count exactly twice as much would have been needed in the hand, that is 300, and nothing has been granted.
