There were at least 20 police units attacked, several looted supermarkets, burned buses and a fire in a government building caused by a group of hooded men. A protester died after being hit by a public service bus, which had previously kidnapped another participant in the protests. After the incident, protesters lynched the driver and another person who accompanied him.
