The bizarre incident began on January 23, upon receipt of a report at the Israel Police's Hotline 100. As mentioned, Israeli police officers who arrived on the scene arrested the accused.
The arrest of the defendant was extended in court and upon completion of the investigation and the completion of the evidence collection process, he was indicted last week (Wednesday) by the police prosecution unit and a request for his arrest until the end of the legal proceedings.
