By dint of shifting the watch shows until the dawn of May, it was necessary that the watch companies did not have the patience to wait so long. Bell & Ross therefore decided to open the ball of watchmaking innovations, well before the 2020 edition of Baselworld. And this with three new versions of its neovintage BR V2 line: a BR V2-93 GMT Blue, a BR V2-92 Military Green and a BR V2-94 Aéronavale Bronze.
Land, Air, Sea ... On the military side, the account is good. All these models display variations of the BR V2 case, with “NATO Stretch” bracelets made from parachute straps. What add a touch of chic military dandy for those who would not want to wear a more classic metal bracelet.

A BR V2-93 GMT BLUE for globetrotters
In line with the BR V2-93 GMT 24 h presented in 2018, Bell & Ross presents this year a BR V2-93 GMT Blue. Its 41 mm steel case takes the round shape of the Vintage series, with in particular an integrated protection of the screw-down crown. Its dial with a galvanic blue background and sunray features a subtly stylized seconds hand counterweight in the shape of an airplane. As for the bidirectional rotating bezel in two-color anodized aluminum (gray for the day and blue for the night), it can instantly read the time - in 24-hour format - in a second time zone thanks to the fourth “GMT” hand which is distinguished by its red arrow. Legibility requires, the four faceted hands as well as the transferred numbers and indexes are adorned with a luminescent photo coating in white Superluminova. On board an automatic BR-CAL.303 movement, based on ETA 2893-2, with 43 hours of power reserve, it should be on sale in February.

A BR V2-92 MILITARY GREEN for backpackers
In tribute to the men in the field, Bell & Ross offers a variation of its BR V2-92 in a sport-chic civilian version. True to the technical specifications of the military specifications, its matt anti-reflective khaki dial is readable day and night, while the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and the high-precision Swiss mechanical movement with automatic winding tested for all types of missions. In line with the watches from the “LUM” collection from Bell & Ross, this piece uses the green-tinted Super-LumiNova C3. Its 41 mm diameter round steel case with crown protector is equipped with a dome glass called "glass box" and a black bidirectional rotating bezel in anodized aluminum to mark short times. The date is displayed via a round window at 4:30 a.m., whose khaki disc is the same color as that of the dial. This BR V2-92 with the BR-CAL.302 automatic movement on a Sellita base with 38 hours of power reserve should be on sale next March.

BR V2-94 AERONAVALE BRONZE, Aéronavale spirit
Echoing the Vintage BR Aéronavale collection, Bell & Ross is presenting this year a BR V2-94 Aéronavale Bronze in a limited series of 999 pieces. In stabilized bronze (91% copper, 7% aluminum and 2% silicon), its 41 mm diameter case plays on its very special “yellow gold” color. This BR V2-94 Aéronavale Bronze is equipped with a fixed bezel, here in navy blue anodized aluminum. Its ocean blue dial is decorated with indexes and golden metallic numbers and skeleton stick hands loaded with white Superluminova to optimize readability. The ultra-curved sapphire crystal called "glass box" reinforces both the classic style of the room and its resistance. With an automatic BR-CAL.301 movement, based on ETA 2894-2, with 42 hours of power reserve, this Aéronavale Bronze should be available during April.
