Would you like to enjoy the benefits of exercise without getting on sports clothes and sweating like crazy in a room full of extra sweat? Well, it turns out that anyone can do it without spending money and wasting valuable time. Most of you have probably already heard about the new trend in the physical fitness world called HIIT - High-intensity interval training. This is intense physical activity - continuous training divided into work segments that combine cardio and strength training, with almost no rest, leading to particularly effective and challenging work. But what you probably didn't know is that you can do it during your daily activities and without having to get dressed and go to the gym.
Know the HIIPA - High Intensity Incidental Physical Activity - High Intensity Casualty Training. In the British Journal of Health and Sport published last month, sports scientists from around the world explain that many of the daily activities we do can be considered "high intensity activities" if we do them with enough enthusiasm and vigor. But how easy is it to do these things? Personal trainer Jane Walk demonstrated how in daily activities we all do, a lot of calories can be burned. True, her tips are better suited to the daily routine of a person without a job or a housewife, but tips can be learned from healthier behaviors in our daily lives as well.
