A Jew who lives in an enemy state recently contacted the Yad Vashem Roots Department members with an unusual request and asked them to send sacred items - tefillin, prayer shawls and holy books, so that he could teach his children to keep a commandment.

In recent months there has been a connection between the Jewish man, a wealthy man in his 40s, mainly through Torah study and virtual lessons. The man and his wife, who are two children, grow up as their family hides her identity from her surroundings.

Recently, the man decided to take active steps to return to Judaism and asked to receive religious articles to teach his children about the Jewish way of life.

"Apart from the desire to keep a commandment, I want to educate my children in a home that follows Torah. Even if it is difficult and requires a double life game, it is important for me to grow up as Jews," the man in Arabic wrote to the organization he is in contact with.

Because there were several shocks in that enemy state in recent months, the man asked to send as many religious objects as possible in one shipment. Therefore, Tefillin, mezuzah, kippah, prayer shawl, five Chumashim, prayer book, Sefer Tanya, shofar and even a matzah package were sent and sent for him.

The fact that this was an enemy state required a complex operation to transfer them to the target. The items have been dispatched to a country in Europe that has links with the enemy state, where they will be absorbed by a hand-to-hand activist - and from there will be dispatched to the final destination. 2 kg of fancy matzo will be added to the chassis.
