A 15-year-old girl from Marseille was electrocuted this last weekend at home after her mobile phone fell into the bathtub .
Tiffenn, the teenager in question, had plugged her phone into the power, with such bad luck that the device fell into the water when she was submerged .
The result was fatal. Her relatives, realizing what happened, took her to the hospital with cardiopulmonary arrest . Despite the rapid intervention, he failed to survive.
A few days after the accident, the young woman's family recognized the local media to be in shock.
“We know that we should not charge the phone when we bathe . But all our life is on our phone, in social networks in particular. We can't live without him, even when we're in the bathroom, ”said Tom, a friend of the deceased.
What happened to Tiffenn is a drama that unfortunately happens more times than anyone can imagine.
Without going any further, also in France, in Vitrolles, a 10-year-old girl died last December for the same reasons.
His family made the case public to warn of the general danger, with special emphasis on young people, which involves looking at the cell phone in the bathtub. For this same reason, Tiffen's parents have also decided to tell the case to the media.
