Police allege that a 46-year-old woman named Lu received a report at 11:23 pm on the 12th, claiming that she was frightened by a man suspected of being frightened by a guillotine outside 2 Cui Ling Road, Tseung Kwan O, and robbed him of about 3,000 Yuan fled after his mobile phone. The woman victim followed the thief and subdued the thief with two passers-by at the junction of Baoshun Road and Cuiling Road.
