Outraged Israelis and Palestinians Jubilant: the publication of the names of 112 companies, including 18 foreign presented as active in the West Bank, on the Golan Heights or in the Arab part of Jerusalem by the Human Rights Council of The UN caused a resounding cleavage on Thursday. For the Israelis, it is a "black list" which reactivates the specter of a general boycott of the Hebrew State and a questioning of the colonization in these regions conquered during the war of 1967. However the UN Council, which sits in Geneva, makes no recommendation on possible sanctions against the companies mentioned. Among them are three French companies: Citadis, Alstom, and Egis Rail.
