According to the director of the General Electricity Company of Sweida, Eng. Nidal Nofal, the workers of the company and through the working workshops repaired during the recent weather conditions about two thousand faults on the low tension lines and 43 malfunctions on the outlets of the medium tension lines in various areas of the province and restored the electrical current to the areas where there were breakdowns.

Nawfal told SANA reporter that during the winter, the number of workers in the workshops was doubled, pointing out that there are 12 workshops working alternately in difficult weather conditions on low tension lines and 5 workshops on medium tension lines in addition to a number of vacuum workers to work in villages within their sectors, stressing that the company's workshops In a state of complete readiness around the clock to deal with any malfunctions that may arise and you will spare no effort to work for the benefit of citizens.

Worker Hassan Kamal said during his work today: “We work around the clock to deal with breakdowns and repair whatever the weather conditions are harsh”, expressing his willingness with his colleagues to continue working and not spare any effort to serve the citizens.

The driver of a car, a worker, Raouf Al-Badaish, explained how they got to areas where roads were difficult due to snow and ice and at various times, describing the performance of the workshop workers as more than good despite the difficulties they faced.
