The prefecture of police is launching a call for witnesses this Friday evening after the kidnapping of an eight-year-old child, Mani Sulic, by his father Thursday in a home for child welfare in Villepinte (Seine- St Denis.
The little boy, originally from Eastern Europe, is "of normal build, or round, measuring between 1m 40m and 1m 50, has short black hair and brown eyes.
At the time of his disappearance, Thursday around 4 p.m., he was wearing a gray hoodie, dark blue jeans and white sneakers, said the police headquarters.
His father had already committed violence against him
The day before, he had been the subject of a placement in social aid for children on the grounds in particular of aggravated violence committed by his father, indicates the prefecture. The latter, originally from Eastern Europe and 36 years old, is 1.80m tall. Of normal build, he has thinning black hair and brown eyes.
According to the prefecture, the father and the son are likely to be in Île-de-France. They could try to reach Belgium. The police are looking for anyone who can contribute to the investigation.
Any information can be communicated 24 hours a day at 5 p.m., and at the Minority Security at 01.41.60.29.00 from this Saturday, between 9 a.m. and noon and between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
