The Traffic Department at the Ministry of Interior indicated that all roads in the governorates are passable, except for several roads in Hama and Lattakia governorate that are not passable due to the prevailing weather conditions.
The Traffic Department explained in its publication this morning that Sana received a copy of it that all roads in Hama Governorate are impassable except for the Al-Ghab area. The Shutah Juba Road, Barghal Salik, is difficult due to the formation of ice.
In Lattakia governorate, all roads in the governorate are clear, except for the Jubba Bergal Al-Ghab road and the Maqamat road, Bani Hashem, which is not passable due to the formation of ice.
The Traffic Department advised drivers to use fog lights, check brakes, reduce speed at turns, slopes, road joints and drive with caution in order to avoid accidents, noting that they allocated numbers 5422703 and 5411365 to inquire about the condition of the roads.
