The education system produces transgender people because of its male speech

In educational institutions where students attend only girls' classrooms, they should be addressed in their own language. To give them a sense of speaking to them, who see them, that they deserve to be treated by themselves rather than as ancillary to the other students. Why, then, is the common reference in educational institutions merely male?

When I was a girl, somewhere in the 1990s, I attended a recognized religious school in the center of the country. As a religious school, most of the time I was in separate classes for boys and girls, and breaks with everyone. My teachers throughout the years have usually made sure to talk to us - the students - in the language of girls, but nevertheless, my ears caught quite a few times when they spoke to us in the general language of boys: "At the end of the last class, everyone raises the chairs and cleans their environment," "A student returning late from the break , Will need to complete it at the expense of the next break, "and more. Also, in the worksheets and tests the questions were always formulated in male language, "explanation", "citation", "proof", "note" etc.

Well, they say, these are the rules of the Hebrew language. Common language - male, general language - male. Why complicate the Hebrew language? Indeed, I do not intend to further complicate the Hebrew language. Not the one in question, and not the one written. If the studies were conducted in mixed classes, I would not bother the educational staff to prepare two types of exam forms or worksheets to suit each gender. I also do not think that there is a conspiracy of the male sex that controls the oppressed female sex. I did not come from any radical habitat, and certainly did not know their existence when I was a child. but

Why did I know? For memories. The memories, in which I have always considered myself a man's identity. Speaking in a man's voice (or at least it seemed to me), talking to my friends about myself as a man ("I started eating in the middle of class because when you are hungry you have no power to wait for a ring"), stabilizing my stance as a man, expressing "like a man" feelings, Man's body language, playing "man's" games (I was on the layer's basketball team!), Identifying with male characters in the movies we have seen, looking at the reality in a man's eyes, imagining my son to be like me. Even when I went out to represent Bihs in running competitions, I saw my strength and abilities as a man.

Contact them in their own language

Some would say that transgenderism is innate. But in this case, it was a completely environmental impact. After all, I heard all day talking and treating me like a man. So how is a little girl like me supposed to look at herself, if not as a man in fonta?

Today, being a mother myself, with two lovely daughters, I was thrilled to receive the half-year certificate with them. They, too, like me, attend a religious school, with a high level and educated staff and above. Also with them, the studies in separate classrooms. And here's what I see? Together with the diploma (which saturated a lot, thank goodness), was attached a student self-assessment page A schoolgirl! A female, so why was all the wording turned to male tongue?

And I wonder to myself, in educational institutions where students attend only girls' classrooms, why not contact them in their own language? Why not give them a sense of speaking to them? That they deserve to be treated on their own, and not as a companion to the other students? Studies show that female students who have been tested from female-language tests have achieved significantly higher results than female students who have been male-tested. And the truth is, it also makes sense.

Our language - the Hebrew language, the holy language - is a very rich language, unintentionally, uniqueness of speech and language of reference and reference to the female gender. Let's use it and leverage our girls to realize their inherent capabilities.
