An Israeli citizen has recently been evacuated from the Hubei province, infected with the Corona disease, where the Chinese government has closed down completely. The Israeli is heading to Ukraine where he will spend 14 days in solitary confinement.
The evacuation was made possible through the efforts of the Beijing embassy and the connection with the Ukrainian embassy in the city as well as with the assistance of the Israeli embassy in Kiev.
The Beijing embassy is in contact with another Israeli who lives in Wachan, the largest city in Hubei Province, seeking help in evacuation, but despite the efforts of the embassy, this has not yet been helped.
The Beijing embassy and the four economic consulates across China are in continuous contact with the remaining Israelis, and provide assistance, in coordination with the Chinese authorities, including food deliveries and protective equipment for those on duty.
"Worse in Africa"
Meanwhile, an expert from the Japanese Center for Infectious Diseases, Professor Cantaro Iwata, today sharply criticized the country's health authorities, saying that their conduct in the "Corona Ship" affair involving more than six hundred people in the deadly virus was "unsatisfactory and bad."
In a YouTube video uploaded by the Japanese professor, he claims that "the passengers, crew and anyone who took care of them on board the ship were in serious danger of sticking and there were no proper experts on board.
Iwata complained that the condition of the patients and the awareness of the adherence to aboard the ship was "worse than anything I sang during my visit to the African continent."
