Affected by the news, Aikang Medical's share price opened 7.5% lower, opened at 15.46 yuan, fell more than 5%, and temporarily recorded 900 million yuan in transactions.
Aikang Medical said that the net proceeds from the rights issue are estimated to be about 784 million yuan, which will be used for general working capital and future strategic investment.
