It is a writer with a self-confidence problem and a high intelligence affection and conversations that will make him feel smart. The only way to get to his heart is through his head - it's someone who will be passionate about interesting thinking, wisdom, philosophy and probably high vulnerability and sensitivity, not blonde, tits and tattoos. That's not to say that I think Shirley is not intelligent, I just think she's playing tokens while Assif is sitting with a matte chess board, and that's why there's no way anything will happen there.
