Is Boris Johnson bluffing when he says that he could suspend negotiations with the Twenty-Seven as early as June, if they do not progress in the desired direction? This is what we liked to believe, Thursday, in Brussels, after the presentation by the British Prime Minister of the negotiating mandate of the United Kingdom.
