Coca-Cola company in crisis: Following the outbreak of the Corona virus, the giant's supply chain, Coca-Cola, has been supplying its services to dozens of countries around the world, and it is feared that it will damage the company's capacity to produce the required quantities without incurring supplies.

A significant portion of the company's artificial sweeteners are made in China. Now these production lines are disabled or partially operational because of the corona virus. This is what the official liquor giant says. The company announced that production and delivery of delays was delayed for Coca-Cola customers, due to a violation of the company's supply of sugar substitutes used in diet drinks.
In a statement from Coca-Cola, she emphasized that China is the world's third largest market for cola consumption per capita and that the company "sees tremendous opportunities in this important market and will continue to invest in long-term growth." The company also provided its employees in China with masks and disinfectants to maintain their hygiene during their stay in the sweeteners' production lines.

The main reason for the Coca-Cola concerns is that there are key ingredients such as sucrose, saccharin, aspartame, cyclemate and other sweeteners that the company uses and imports from its factories in China. However, the company explained in its announcement that it was preparing to find alternatives to declining output from China and that it had already bought a US replacement for its products.
As part of the company's preparations to hit its annual earnings, the company earlier this year estimated that the Corona virus would cause its stock to decline by about two cents a share by 2020.
