Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov reiterated that Syria has the full right to eliminate terrorism on its soil.

Lavrov explained during a press conference with Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jan Asselborn in Moscow today that the terrorists deployed in Idlib governorate continue to target civilians, sites of the Syrian army and Hmeimim base, stressing that "the Syrian army has the full right to eliminate terrorists in Idlib and anywhere in its territory and no one can Preventing him from applying the provisions of Security Council resolutions related to combating terrorism in all its forms and forms.

Lavrov pointed out that the Turkish side did not fulfill its obligations under the Sochi Agreements on Idlib and should implement them, noting that a phone call took place today between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of the Turkish regime, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, at the request of the Turkish side, during which the issue was addressed.

The Syrian Arab Army units are responding to attacks by terrorist groups with the support of the Turkish regime forces on the Saraqib axis in the southeastern Idlib countryside, and they have suffered major losses of personnel and equipment.

Today, the Turkish regime authorities acknowledged that the death toll of Turkish soldiers during the operations of the Syrian Arab Army against terrorist organizations in Idlib increased to 33, while 32 others were injured. The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed that the Turkish soldiers were among the terrorists.
