After the meeting between the Minister of Agriculture, Luis Basterra, with the Mesa de Enlace, it was confirmed that the withholdings to soybeans will increase by 10% and will increase from 30% to 33%.

In this sense, some compensations were defined with a single axis, which will be by volume. According to the rural leaders, up to 1,000 tons will have compensation and will not be defined by the distance to the ports.

Also, the leaders of the field affirmed after the meeting that the aliquots of wheat and corn remain at 12%. In addition, all cuts of beef will be taxed 9% and there will be no segmentation as speculated at the first moment in which there was talk of higher retentions to the most popular cuts consumed in the domestic market.

The positive flavor transmitted by the four leaders of the Liaison Bureau is that the increase in fiscal pressure would be redistributed to compensate in many regional economies.

The leaders of the Liaison Bureau described the meeting with the national official as "positive," Since Daniel Pelegrina, president of the Rural Society, who was the most unhappy before the meeting, highlighted the presence of Cecilia Todesca, Deputy Chief of Cabinet and Eduardo Hecker, president of Banco Nación, who somehow gave Basterra a support in the negotiation.

Likewise, the ruralists announced that tomorrow the registry will open for the Affidavits of Foreign Sales (DJVE) that has been closed since last Wednesday.

Each entity of the Liaison Bureau will make an evaluation with its representatives to analyze some measure of strength.
