After the death of its sports director, Nicolas Portal, on Tuesday, the Ineos team has decided to withdraw from the next races until the Tour of Catalonia, next March 23. Note that this is the team of Egan Bernal, winner in title of the Tour de France.
Following the tragic loss of Nico Portal, and in addition to the current uncertainty around the Coronavirus, Team INEOS have today taken the decision to withdraw temporarily from all racing until the Volta a Catalunya on March 23.
