Federal Oral Court 1 (TOF1) determined the release of former Federal Planning Minister Julio De Vido in the Río Turbio case. He is expected to be released in the next few hours.
In that case he was prosecuted for having defrauded the State for the funds that were to be directed to the Santa Cruz coal mine.
At the end of November, TOF1 had granted him house arrest, following several requests in which he adduced health problems.
