Peronist never stopped saying, but more than a decade ago Juan Schiaretti, governor of Córdoba, took formal distance from the national PJ. He did it when Nestor Kirchner presided and, a deja vu , when in 2008 Cristina Kirchner dived into the gaucho war for retentions.
He led, then, the dissent against the K. Then he coined the category "Republican Peronism" and in 2018 he was one of the promoters of the frustrated armed of the Federal PJ.
This Thursday, not in person, Schiaretti will return to join the party commanded by José Luis Gioja. Its delegates will be in the micro stadium of Ferro where the PJ will mount its annual Congress and will fulfill the ritual, more judicial than political , of confirming the elections to define, on May 3, the new headquarters of the party.
The return of Schiaretti finishes aligning the PJ with territorial power with the Casa Rosada. It seems a historical rule: when in opposition, Peronism disperses; When he rules, he agglutinates.
In fact, inmates move in that context: the request of the Casa Rosada to have a single list.
In fact, in the last election, the Cordoba did not play with the Fernández-Fernández formula. It was with his own list and, according to the suspicion of the Casa Rosada, in the October generals "he helped " Mauricio Macri who took 61% in that province.
As a candidate, the President went to Córdoba several times as a message of distention but did not break Schiaretti's residence to go by his side. Then, an albertista PJ was assembled, headed by Senator Carlos Caserio and brought together mayors and legislators.
After Fernández took office, Interior Minister Eduardo "Wado" De Pedro was in charge of rebuilding the link with Schiaretti. In a hand to hand that Fernandez had with the governor in Córdoba, on the end he added De Pedro to the table, who by then was already emerging as a future minister.

An additional but relevant fact: this year, everything indicates that by the end of April, the new head of the PJ Cordovan will be elected, a position for which they already applied for Schiaretti and that until last year occupied Caserio , who resigned for his differences with the governor on the national electoral strategy.
To the episode Schiaretti, a strong symbolism, the fundamental issue is added: Congress will confirm the electoral calendar that ends on May 3 and will also form the Electoral Board that will administer that process that appears in the gray zone.
Gioja, who assumed the leadership in May 2016, appears as a possible continuator because the Government, a good part of the governors and even in sectors K, state that as the San Juan was at the head of the party at the worst moment - that of the defeat and the multiple fractures - deserves recognition. Or, at least, "don't throw it out the window," as an official synthesizes.
