Are you ready to add a new Nintendo Switch Lite to your collection? From today you can book a new and cheerful pink coral version ($ 199.96; amazon.com) of the popular console that will officially launch in early April.
For the uninitiated: Nintendo Switch Lite is the smallest and most colorful version of one of the most popular consoles of all time. When this variant designed to play in portable mode (without connecting to television) was first released in September 2019, it came in three shades: yellow, gray and turquoise. Now this pink tone is added.
The Nintendo Switch Lite is approximately $ 99 cheaper than the normal Nintendo Switch. It is not compatible with the dock that allows playback on the TV, and does not include removable Joy-Con controllers.
That means it is an all-in-one solution designed to enjoy games while moving. It has a slightly greater autonomy than the normal Switch and most games are compatible, except for those that require you to disconnect the Joy-Con controllers, which are few.
There is a wide variety of Switch titles about to reach the platform. * Animal Crossing: New Horizons * will debut on March 20, and although it has its own special edition of Nintendo Switch consoles that you can buy along with the game, some players may decide that the Coral variation is better for them, since the Lite is more appropriate for travel.
