Coronavirus: diplomats evacuated from North Korea

North Korea, which has not reported any contamination on its soil, has taken drastic measures to stem the spread of the virus, closing its borders and confining thousands of people. 60 people evacuated

Diplomats left North Korea on Monday after press reports of an evacuation flight of foreign nationals from Pyongyang to Vladivostok in the Russian Far East.

An Air Koryo plane from Pyongyang arrived at 12:49 a.m. local time on Monday in Vladivostok, according to the website of the Russian airport. Press reports have reported that around 60 people will be evacuated on the flight.
