Guido Bertolaso will be the "personal consultant" of the president of the Lombardy Region, Attilio Fontana, for the realization of the project concerning the construction of a hospital dedicated to Covid patients at the facilities made available by the Fiera di Milano al Portello Foundation. Fontana, reads in a note from the Region, thanked Bertolaso for accepting the assignment for which he will receive a symbolic compensation equal to one euro.
"How could I not adhere - says Bertolaso - to the requests of the president of Lombardy to help in the epochal battle against Covid-19 if my story, my whole life was dedicated to helping those in need and to serving my country ? ".
