The voter turnout in Indersdorf was 62.06 percent. 15.64 percent of the vote went to Obesser's challenger Hubertus Schulz from the Greens. It is sporty. "I'm an Allgäu stubborn." Congratulations showed that Schulz would go well with the previous municipal council: Schulz shook - Corona virus or not - Obesser's hand and emphasized that he was happy for him. With a view to the coronavirus-related situation, he offered Obesser: “If you need anything we can do. We are there. We are happy to help. ”Obesser knows how important such offers are now. To be mayor would be a matter of the heart for him. Franz Obesser had said that before the election six years ago. What sounded cheesy and like a cheap campaign slogan was obessers' seriousness. How much, he showed his voters in his first term. On his own initiative, or according to one or the other inspiration, he brought innovations to the community that bring people closer together and enrich Indersdorf. Simplified: innovations for the head and for the heart that are visible and noticeable. Without Franz Obesser there would be no young or senior citizens' meeting, there would be no reception for new citizens and there would be no summer festival. He manages to unite his municipal councils in such a way that there is no party politics in Indersdorf, but projects are decided that advance the location. For example, the company's own bus route, for which Franz Obesser was the source of the ideas. The voters have now thanked him for his commitment with a clear election result. 84.36 percent in other communities gets a candidate who has no challenger at all. And thanks to Hubertus Schulz, this victory is much more valuable. Because even if it is a great vote of confidence if other parties do not put up opponents - it costs the voters the choice. Thanks to Hubertus Schulz, every cross was a conscious one for Franz Obesser. We can only hope that Franz Obesser Indersdorf will continue to be creatively enriched with his ideas.
