The environmental candidate Jeanne Barseghian (EELV) leads the first round of municipal elections in Strasbourg with 26.7% of the vote, ahead of Alain Fontanel (LREM, 20.6%), according to an estimate.
The LREM candidate is closely followed by the socialist Catherine Trautmann (19.4%) and Jean-Luc Vetter (LR, 18.2%), according to the Ipsos-Sopra Steria institute for France Télévisions / Radio France / Parliamentary channels .
